BR KULKARNI AND ASSOCIATES is a law firm being specialised in legal areas such as Direct and Indirect tax laws, corporate & commercial laws, dispute resolution. The firm has humble origins from its founders who laid a foundation stone for the firm in 1984. Area of Practice
1) Goods and Services Tax
The historical indirect tax structure in India was divided to
various transactions between the Union and the States where
some of indirect taxes were enacted and implemented by Union
and some by State. Such taxing structure resulted in complex
structure of rates, compliance and assessment procedures. In
some cases it has created double taxation effects.
The enactment of Goods And Service Tax Act in July 2017 has
replaced old regime and implemented a uniform indirect tax
system.

activities to be conducted under partnership, conditions
regarding retirement and addition of partner, financial structure

provisions of The Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
